Delete your account

You can delete your MotorMe account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your vehicles, reminders, photos and keys linked to your account are removed. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for ten years and then deleted.

Without the app

If you cannot open the app, write to privacy@qubin.de from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We may ask you one question to confirm that the request is yours. We answer within one month.

Workshops

A workshop that has a handover, key or quote record of yours keeps the record it needs by law. You can ask us what is kept and why.
